Dr. Verlander is President of E. G. VERLANDER & ASSOCIATES a fifteen-year old, full-service management consulting firm located near Stony Brook, Long Island, New York. The firm produces results in Leadership and Management Development, Executive Coaching and Organizational Change. Dr. Verlander earned a B.Sc., an MBA degree from the University of Connecticut, and masters and doctoral degrees from Columbia University. He also completed the Executive Program at the Columbia Business School and is certified to use various psychological and diagnostic instruments. Before going into private practice in 1993, Dr. Verlander’s was with the Boston-based, executive development/strategy consulting firm of Harbridge House, and the investment banking firm of Goldman Sachs, where he provided management and organizational consulting services.
