Dr. Frank M. Marlow received his Doctorate in Educational Administration from Columbia University. His M.S. was received at Long Island University in Secondary Education and his B.A. in History from Shelton College. Dr. Marlow was a Superintendent of Schools in four suburban school districts in New York and New Jersey over a span of twenty nine years. Prior to that, he served as a High School Principal in Glassboro, New Jersey for two years and was a High School Guidance Counselor in Danbury, Connecticut for two years. He also taught history and geography at the Junior and Senior High School levels. Dr. Marlow received a research fellowship in the Institute of Administrative Research at Teachers College, Columbia University, where he completed his doctoral research in the area of staff deployment. |
